On the Third Sunday of Easter, Byzantine Catholics honor a special group of women ... The Holy Myrrhbearers. These women are the ones who went to the tomb of Christ with spices and oils to anoint his body. But, instead, they learned from an angel (or two angels) that Christ had risen from the dead.
